The Lott Family, LLC is a residential real estate investment and development company based in Arlington, Virginia. We specialize in buying outdated or distressed properties and then either remodeling the existing structure or building something new. We purchase properties both as rentals and some for immediate resale. In order to keep our organization flat, our management team includes partners from other firms that provide the professional expertise and management skills in their areas of specialty. We are a full service firm and can provide a wide range of design/build services.  Our philosophy is to build homes on a human scale that blend in well with their neighborhoods and feature environmental and energy features along with a touch of craftsman and cottage charm.
